No Refunds or Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or returns for any products or services purchased on this website.

By placing an order with Coach Akshit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All purchases are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
• Once your order is placed and payment is processed, no cancellations will be accepted, even if the order has not yet been fulfilled or delivered.
• We do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the product/service, or any other reason unless required by applicable law.
• Digital products, online courses, coaching sessions, workshops, and downloadable content are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
• In case of any technical issues with delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but will not issue refunds.

Exceptions Refunds or cancellations may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of 88 Midas on Behalf of Coach Akshit. Such exceptions, if granted, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and do not set a precedent for future requests.

Chargebacks Any chargeback or dispute initiated by you with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us will be contested. You will be liable for all costs associated with defending such chargeback, including legal fees.
